Autumn Care of Statesville is located conveniently at the intersection of interstates 40 and 77 in the quaint and bustling town of Statesville, North Carolina. The state-of-the-art facility offers skilled nursing and rehabilitation services to 100 residents of Iredell and the surrounding counties.
Since opening in 2001, the facility in Statesville has firmly established a reputation for quality long-term health care services by creating an atmosphere the facility calls a “family of caregivers.†Residents are welcomed to participate in a diverse program of activities, or to make themselves at home independently – perhaps a game of checkers under the paddle fans on the front porch, or planting some flowers with family in the memory garden. Our dining program is conducted in numerous settings, and with special attention to each resident’s specific needs and preferences. Autumn Care of Statesville continuously strives to improve the quality of services to its “family,†and is the 2004 recipient of the Ralph E. Snyder Award for Excellence in Health Care Quality Improvement presented by North Carolina’s Center for Medical Excellence.
The Statesville facility also welcomes short-term visitors to its “family.†The rehabilitation program is comprehensive offering physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy provided with the same “family of caregivers†approach. An energetic and highly skilled group of in-house therapists work on-site to help residents meet their goals and reach their full potential. As a testament to their work, approximately 25% of residents admitted to Autumn Care of Statesville are able to return to their previous home setting in less than 100 days.
Autumn Care offers a strong commitment to our core service – long-term health care; a vital and successful rehabilitation program; a competent, compassionate, and experienced staff and an active role in the community that it serves. Consider stopping by for a tour, and then consider letting Autumn’s caregivers welcome you to the family.
