Autumn Care of Waynesville is a skilled nursing and rehab facility. We specialize in short-term and long-term care. The grounds include 12 acres of lawn and gardens. We have four courtyards and a beautiful front porch which overlooks the Smokey Mountains, all of which provide excellent sources for relaxation. The building is bright, clean and odor free. We have licensed speech, occupational, and physical therapist to provide therapy in our 1500-square foot state-of-the art therapy room.
Our staff provides a very caring and professional atmosphere for our residents. Autumn Care has maintained an excellent reputation in the area since opening 1985. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, long-term care insurance, private insurance and Medicare C. Autumn provides 24-hour nursing care supplied by experienced long-term care professional nurses and certified nursing assistants. Nursing skills are updated annually with ongoing education and in-service programs related to current regulations and policies.
