Britthaven of Wilson offers the largest skilled facility in the county. Our spacious and formal setting offers both a relaxing and therapeautic atmosphere. Nestled among a quiet residential neighborhood, Wilson Medical Center is within view and EMS is three blocks away. We are proud to offer a variety of services such as respite care, licensed nursing care, short term rehabilitation, hospice care and assisted living suites.

Friends and family feel welcome and enjoy visits in our many communal areas indoors and out. Our private dining room can be reserved to conduct private dinners, parties, showers, etc. with family and friends.
