Campbellton Health Care Center is a 120 bed skilled nursing facility that offers comprehensive rehabilitation programs. All residents are screened by a licensed therapist upon admission and again later if any changes in functional abilities are noted. Rehab patients are assisted in their goals for recovery in a home-like environment by a team of caring and highly qualified rehabilitation and nursing professionals. Additionally, Campbellton Health Care Center offers 24-hour comprehensive nursing care. Our staff uses an interdisciplinary team approach to provide the highest quality of care. This is not a typical nursing center, our staff stresses the importance of independence and the facility has been designed to reflect the surroundings of home while maintaining quality medical services and support.
