About Us
We are a healthcare facility that offers post-acute health care services designed to assist patients in rebuilding strength, functioning and independence following a hospital stay for an acute illness or injury.
It is our goal to return our patients to the highest levels of independence and we support our residents in returning home whenever possible.
Cary Health and Rehabilitation Center provides long-term eldercare services to those residents who need assistance in their daily activities of living and for whom living independently at home is no longer possible.
Our center also provides a greater level of care than assisted living centers, providing peace of mind for their families.
We understand the emotions surrounding these changes and we are committed to making the transition as pleasant as possible by providing comforting nurturing support and quality medical care.

Comprehensive Rehabilitation Services
Rehabilitation services include specialized therapies such as physical, occupational and speech therapies. Designed to return each individual to the highest level of functioning and independence, these services are initiated following an assessment/evaluation and are delivered according to a physician's instruction.
