The Pavilion offers 114 certified Medicare beds, 60 of which are dually certified for Medicare and Medicaid.

The Pavilion is designed with four neighborhoods, each with its own team of Certified Nurse's Assistants and Registered Nurses.

Each neighborhood has a sitting area for residents to enjoy the company of others.

There are Life Enrichment programs individualized for each resident and an enclosed garden for family visits and daily resident activities.

Croasdaile Village is located within the planned community of Croasdaile Farm. Croasdaille Farm was once a working dairy farm and many residents from the area remember milk being delivered to their home from Croasdaile Dairy. The orginal barn and silo have been renovated and still stand. They make a picturesque setting for the entrance to the Village.
