On behalf of our team of caregivers and support staff, thank you for considering our healthcare center. Our center accommodates 100 residents. We offer a full range of medical services to meet the individual needs of our residents, including short-term rehabilitative services and long-term skilled care. Working with the resident’s physician, our staff – including medical specialists, nurses, nutritionists, dietitians and social workers – establishes a comprehensive treatment plan intended to restore you or your loved one to the highest practicable potential. Our goal is to provide quality care in a comfortable, compassionate environment, demonstrating on a daily basis our guiding principle of providing Quality Through People.
Our nursing center provides a full range of medical services to treat the residents who live with us and the patients who come to us for short-term, episodic medical or rehabilitative care.
The care we deliver includes daily nursing, pharmacy, dietary and social services for all residents and patients, as well as a range of specific services. We invite you to visit and see for yourself the face of quality care.
Cypress Pointe offers comprehensive physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapy services. Following a physician’s referral, patients are evaluated to determine their needs. Recommendations are then made for the appropriate interventions and rehabilitation. If therapy is required, a personalized care plan is developed. The program of care is carried out by therapists, nurses, dietitians, social services, the patient and the family, under the direction of a physician. The rehabilitation team at Cypress Pointe will work with the patient to establish goals. For patients who return home, therapists will conduct evaluations in order to make recommendations for the patient’s home environment. The goal of our team is to work with each patient to help them achieve the highest level of functional ability and independence. Cypress Pointe Rehabilitation and Health Care Centre is a 2006 recipient of the American Health Care Association Quality Award.
