Follow the lane through the woods to a quiet peaceful environment surrounded by the homes of Eastwood Village to arrive at Fair Haven Home. Fair Haven was established in 1964 and has been responsible for providing outstanding care for "our family" ever since. Our facitlity is located in Bostic, North Carolina.

On a normal day you will discover our family involved in a variety of activities that maintains the peacefulness of our environment. But on occasion the residents like to stir up a little noise during a special acitivity, game, or a party.

Each day Fair Haven's staff seeks to achieve this mission by giving quality care to their residents. We provide multiple services that not only meets the needs of the residents, but also allows them to feel like they are at home.

Services Provided

Dining Room Service - Residents are able to enjoy restaraunt style dining with menu choices and a delictable dessert cart.

Newsletter -Each month the residents receive a newsletter containing: lists of new residents, birthdays of the staff and residents, highlights of the month, plus a variety of puzzles, and an activity calendar.

On site physician - Dr. Mayfield is available for the residents.

Transport - Residents are able to be transported to doctor's appointments or regular check-ups.

Activity Room - This room is daily available to the residents, for games, movies, birthday parties. Our new "ELVIS" computer program is a great addition for our residents. The program includes games such as Jeopardy, Wheel of Fortune and also includes classic TV like Andy Griffith, Burn's and Allen Show, and many more.

Monthly Outing - Each month the residents are offered a trip that may include eating at their favorite restaraunt, going to the fair, a ride to see fall leaves, Christmas shopping, and a variety of other opportunities.
