Golden LivingCenter - Surry Community is a skilled nursing facility located in Mr. Airy, N.C., less than four miles from Northern Hospital of Surry County. We understand how important it is to return home as quickly as possible after an illness or surgery, so we offer short-term care to help make this possible. Our other services include long-term care, IV therapy, and physical, speech and occupational therapy.
