Security of Lifecare

You want to be certain you'll not only enjoy an abundant retirement lifestyle, but also be able to count on the best of care when you need it. As a LifeCare retirement community, we offer a full array of residences and common areas, and a complete continuum of health care.

Residents, prospective residents and industry experts overwhelmingly agree that a LifeCare retirement community provides the greatest financial security, value, flexibility and peace of mind for residents and their families. We're proud that Grace Ridge provides one of the best values in LifeCare retirement living in North Carolina, offering accommodations at great savings for every level - independent living in apartments and cottages, assisted living, nursing care and specialized dementia care.

Our recent expansion program included new apartment residences and a state-of- the-art nursing center including specialized dementia care.

What are the benefits I receive as a result of paying an Entrance Fee?

Apart from the LifeCare benefits already described above, the Entrance Fee assures residency, use of the common facilities, and the services and programs of the community. The Life Care benefit assures residents lifetime care in the Assisted Living Center and Health Care Center at a significant financial discount. Also, a portion of both the Entrance Fee and the Monthly Service Fee is recognized as a prepaid health care benefit and may be deductible for tax purposes.
