Lake Park Nursing and Rehabilitation is among the areas premier skilled nursing facilities. While we are located in the quaint Lake Park community in Indian Trail we are only 15 minutes from Charlotte, NC. Lake Park Nursing and Rehabilitation actively supports many local and county initiatives through volunteering our time and resources.
