Magnolia Living Center is located only minutes from beautiful downtown, Dunn, North Carolina. We are a 96 bed skilled nursing and specialized rehab facility providing a team approach to resident-centered care. We are dedicated to our residents and their families by offering the highest quality resident-centered programs and services. We consistently support our resident’s desire for choice, dignity and independent functioning. With the assistance of local physicians, consultants and volunteers we are able to provide our resident’s with the highest quality round the clock nursing care.
We emphasize a warm, positive family environment. Our team works with each resident, their family and their physicians to create an individualized plan of care to help that resident meet their personal goals. Family involvement is essential in making a transition into our living center, whether it is a short term or a long term stay. If a resident’s goal is to return home we ask the family to dedicate time to work with the therapist to learn the most beneficial techniques for that resident’s safe return home. In addition, we assist in setting up home health upon discharge in order to provide additional support for families even after they leave our center.
