Margate Health and Rehab Center is staffed with dedicated and caring individuals that excel in providing a warm and home-like atmosphere in a facility designed to fulfill the Skilled Nursing needs of its residents.
Our belief at Margate is that each persons individual cares and needs are unique. We integrate into our residents individual care plan, the clinical, spiritual, and social components of daily living, ensuring that the highest level of care is provided to each individual.
One of the most difficult and important decisions that a person will make in their lifetime is choosing a healthcare facility. Here at Margate we strive to help individuals and families make that decision a little easier. Our dedication to service goes beyond what one might expect, offering peace of mind in that very important decision.
Our caring, knowledgeable nursing staff will provide excellent care for your family member/loved one 24 hours a day. On a daily basis our nursing staff consists of:
* Director of Nursing- available 24 hours a day
* Nursing coordinator all shifts
* Nurse Manager for each hall daily
* Medication nurse for each hall daily
* Treatment nurse and Certified Nursing
Assistant II’s daily
* Restorative Certified Nursing Assistant’s daily
Our knowledgeable nursing staff is able to provide enteral tube feedings, IV therapy, and central line/pick line care. We accept residents with a wide variety of needs, including colostomy, urostomy, ileostomy care, oxygen therapy, and dialysis. We also welcome and coordinate with Hospice in our facility. Our nurses work very closely with Hospice staff to provide the best possible care. We have caring and compassionate attitude which helps us provide warm, loving and dignified care to our residents.
