Should you require a little extra help with daily living activities, Pisgah Villa offers you the opportunity to emphasize capabilities rather than limitations, and to enrich the quality of each day. Your private studio apartment is maintenance free with round-the-clock assistance provided as you may require. You’ll be encouraged to live to the fullest of your abilities with planned activities and transportation off-campus. Three healthful meals a day are provided in our elegant dining room – including vegetarian choices. Best of all, Pisgah Villa has no entrance fee and no long-term agreement is required.
Skilled Nursing

Following hospitalization for an illness or injury, Pisgah Manor provides individualized rehabilitation programs and nursing care to help you become as independent as possible. Our team will work closely with your doctor to assist you in reaching your full potential. Extended stays are also available. Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Medication Aides provide round-the-clock nursing care. Assistance with activities of daily living and meals are provided by certified nursing assistants. Our well-staffed activities department offers exercise, crafts, cooking, games, intellectually stimulating programs, outings and much more! Mount Pisgah Academy, a Seventh-day Adventist boarding school adjacent to our campus provides the opportunity for students to work half of their school day at Pisgah Valley to offset tuition costs and to provide invaluable interaction between our residents and the high school students.

Pisgah Manor Rehabilitation Services: Improving Quality of Life
Rehabilitation programs can make an incredible difference in health and well-being. Pisgah Manor’s outstanding programs are administered by professional physical, speech and occupational therapists using state-of-the-art equipment and techniques. Individualized programs are developed to address special needs following orthopedic surgery, strokes, heart attacks and other illnesses. Pisgah Manor utilizes aquatic therapy in our Wellness Center to treat arthritis, strengthen joints and relieve back pain.
Occupational Therapy
Occupational Therapy focuses on activities and training that promote independence with managing day-to-day living tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing and eating skills as well as helping patients return to their hobbies and special interests.
Physical Therapy
Physical Therapy focuses on strengthening and retraining that allows patients to become more independent with walking, using prosthetics and improving their general mobility.
Speech Therapy
Speech Therapy evaluates a resident’s understanding and use of language, speech production, voice and swallowing ability.
