Our nursing center provides a full range of medical services to treat the residents who live with us and the patients who come to us for short-term, episodic medical or rehabilitative care.
The care we deliver includes daily nursing, pharmacy, dietary and social services for all residents and patients, as well as a range of specific services. We invite you to visit and see for yourself the face of quality care.
On behalf of our team of caregivers and support staff, thank you for considering our healthcare center. We offer a full range of medical services to meet the individual needs of our residents, including short-term rehabilitative services and long-term skilled care. Working with the resident’s physician, our staff – including medical specialists, nurses, nutritionists, dietitians and social workers – establishes a comprehensive treatment plan intended to restore you or your loved one to the highest practicable potential. Our goal is to provide quality care in a comfortable, compassionate environment, demonstrating on a daily basis our guiding principle of providing Quality Through People.
Our healthcare center accommodates 118 residents with a focus on short-term rehabilitation. We accept both Medicare and Medicaid. We take great pride in maintaining our own in-house rehabilitation staff of physical, occupational and speech therapists. Many centers offer therapy, but they contract with part-time staff and only provide services five days per week. We can provide therapy seven days per week if ordered by the physician. We are committed to serving our local community and we are proud that more than 90% of our residents come from the Gastonia area. Our staff strives to provide a clean, comfortable environment.
