On behalf of our team of caregivers and support staff, thank you for considering our healthcare center. We offer a full range of medical services to meet the individual needs of our residents, including short-term rehabilitative services and long-term skilled care. Working with the resident’s physician, our staff – including medical specialists, nurses, nutritionists, dietitians and social workers – establishes a comprehensive treatment plan intended to restore you or your loved one to the highest practicable potential. Our goal is to provide quality care in a comfortable, compassionate environment, demonstrating on a daily basis our guiding principle of providing Quality Through People.
We accommodate 159 residents and are certified for Medicare and Medicaid. We specialize in short-term rehabilitation as well as long-term care. Our therapists, wound nurse and dietitian work closely to administer wound care. We have two dialysis centers within a 10-block radius and gladly accept their patients. We have an on-staff medical director as well as a physiatrist.
Our center includes a separate unit dedicated to the care of residents with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Our Alzheimer’s program is designed to celebrate the spirit of our residents. We strive to offer a comfortable and compassionate environment that emphasizes positive life experiences and active involvement in a daily routine. The staff who care for our Alzheimer’s residents are focused on meeting their special needs. We encourage family to remain integrally involved in the lives of their loved ones and offer ongoing support through individual care plan conferences and support group meetings.
