Our center consists of a UniHealth Post-Acute Care Unit (Short-term Rehabilitation care), a Memory Support Unit (Alzheimer's and Severe Dementia as well as the traditional Supportive Care Unit.
Rehabilitation Area
We offer physical, occupational and speech therapy in a large modern setting. Our goal is get patients back to an appropriate community setting as soon as possible. However, we can continue to provide needed therapy on an outpatient basis.
