The mission of The Rosewood Health Center is to provide unmatched quality care and services that promote independence and wellness. Our professionally-trained staff offers progressive rehabilitation and long-term care programs which include specialized memory enhancement support.
We are committed to supporting a wide array of programs that are centered around the routines and traditions of our Members, allowing them to maintain the highest level of independence and lifestyle. This resident-centered approach, combined with our ability to optimize community resources, provides Members and their families with the peace of mind of knowing they have selected North Carolina’s premier continuing care health care provider.
Health Care and Promotion of Wellness
* Ninety days of residency in the Health Center (The Rosewood) at no
additional cost. After ninety days, The Rosewood is available to you at a
significantly reduced cost for as long as you need it.
* Periodic health screenings
* Seminars and Educational programs
* Home Health Care (fee for service)
* Emergency call system in every home monitored 24 hours a day by our nursing
staff
* Wellness and fitness programs
* Fitness center and indoor pool
* Outpatient rehabilitation available (Medicare)
* Social program which include a wide array of activities that will be
determined with input from the Members
