We are a 160 bed facility offering skilled, intermediate, and retirement levels of care, located in the beautiful rural setting of Warrenton, North Carolina.

We strive to provide the highest quality of care in a warm, homelike setting, administered by a highly qualified interdisciplinary team. This team includes not only the resident's physician, pharmacists, nurses, social workers, dietician, activities coordinator and therapists, but the resident and his/her family also.
